How do I buy?

To purchase from our online shop shop.nrrapisardi.it you must register on the site by entering your general information and any other data that might be requested at the time of registration in order to create your account.

Is my purchase safe?

NR S.r.l. manages your data in full compliance with the principles of correctness, transparency and data protection and with the legal provisions in effect. The site’s payment services are managed by an external operator who uses a secure payment platform, Gestpay by the Banca Sella, that automatically encrypts all information regarding the payment transaction via the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.

How are the products delivered?

The products are delivered by courier, and shipping costs are paid by the customer upon confirmation of the order.

My order hasn’t arrived yet, how can I track my shipment?

You can check the status of your shipment at any time. In fact, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number allowing you to see your shipment’s status on the courier’s website.

How can I return a product?

You may exercise your right of withdrawal or request the replacement of a product within fourteen days from the date on which you received the product. You must contact us within that fourteen-day deadline by e-mail at the address customerservice@nrrapisardi.it or by telephone at the number +39 055 2346142 to receive our confirmation of your request for withdrawal or replacement. You will need to indicate the name and code of the purchased product and the respective order number and specify the reason for the return or replacement.

How can I contact the courier?

Via the website or telephone number of the shipping company (TNT).

How long does it take to obtain a refund and how is this carried out?

Once our warehouse has received your returned articles and has checked that all prerequisites are fulfilled (the product must be returned in the original package in which it was shipped, in perfect condition, hence not used, damaged or worn, and equipped with all original accessories so that it can be sold again, it must be accompanied by the transport documentation with which it was received and must be returned by courier with costs paid by the customer), you will receive an e-mail to confirm the REFUND or REPLACEMENT. The refund, excluding shipping expenses, will be paid within fourteen days from the date on which the product was received in the conditions indicated above. In case of a request for replacement, the product requested by the customer as replacement for the purchased product will be shipped within fourteen days from the date on which the product was received in the conditions indicated above. The shipping costs for the shipment of the replacement product will be paid by the customer.

Can I change my order once the purchasing procedure has been completed?

For technical reasons it is not possible to change a confirmed order. We therefore ask you to review your order carefully before you confirm it.

What do I do if I receive a faulty article?

If you have received a faulty article, please send a message to customerservice@nrrapisardi.it and indicate the order number and the code of the faulty article. Damaged or defective articles can be returned following the normal return procedures.

What do I do if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password, click on “Did you forget your password?” in the area of the site where you enter your data. Enter the e-mail address you used to register. You will then receive the necessary information by e-mail within a few minutes.

How do I know if you have received the returned package?

Once the returned goods have been received and checked at our warehouse, a notification will be sent by e-mail. The procedure then continues with the REFUND or REPLACEMENT.
